How to order

To order, send an email to hrtnghd@aol.com with "order" in the subject line. I will then send you an order form and ask that it be filled out and sent back. At this time, I'm having problems with posting  forms to this site with my Web site software.

Orders shipped to Arkansas, California, Minnesota, Nevada, Washington, and Wisconsin and Ohio are subject to sales tax. The amount of tax will be calculated based on state and local sales tax rates for the shipping address.
